Dr. Al-Najjar completed his advanced dental training at the prestigious University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). His diverse educational background allows him to blend traditional techniques with cutting-edge practices, ensuring his patients receive the best possible care.
With over a decade of experience, Dr. Al-Najjar focuses on preventive care, cosmetic dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitation. His commitment to staying at the forefront of dental advancements has led him to pursue additional certifications in implant dentistry and Invisalign treatments. Dr. Al-Najjar is an Invisalign and CEREC provider.
At the core of Dr. Al-Najjar’s practice is a patient-centered approach. He believes in empowering his patients through education, taking the time to explain treatment options and encouraging informed decision-making. Dr. Al-Najjar has actively participated in community service, including Community Dental Clinics (CDC) where he provided free dental treatment at UCSF nightly clinics to underserved communities, including patients from homeless shelters and rehabilitation centers. Likewise, through Outreach Community Dental Services, Eastern Shore/Maryland, he has provided dental screenings and sealant applications to elementary, middle, and high school students in various school districts.
Outside the office, Dr. Al-Najjar is an avid cyclist and nature enthusiast. He often explores local trails or relaxes near bodies of water. He values the connections he forms with people from diverse backgrounds, finding that these relationships contribute to his personal growth and enhance his ability to provide compassionate care to his patients.
In a significant milestone of his career, Dr. Al-Najjar recently acquired the established dental practice of Dr. Vajdi, located in the heart of Foggy Bottom. Embracing this new chapter, he has thoughtfully renamed the practice “DC Dental Legacy.” This name holds deep significance, celebrating not only Dr. Al-Najjar’s family heritage of generations of dental professionals but also honoring the excellent foundation laid by Dr. Vajdi. Moreover, it pays tribute to the patient families that Dr. Al-Najjar is privileged to serve.
Through DC Dental Legacy, Dr. Al-Najjar aims to continue the tradition of exceptional dental care while infusing his unique perspective and commitment to patient-centered services.
